Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
TestAmplify is committed to providing a website and learning experience that can be used by people with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
We are working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. WCAG organizes accessibility around content being perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Accessibility Practices
Our accessibility work includes:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- Visible keyboard focus indicators
- Meaningful headings and page structure
- Text alternatives for informative images
- Sufficient text and interface contrast
- Form labels and understandable error messages
- Support for browser zoom and text resizing
- Responsive desktop and mobile layouts
- Accessible light and dark themes
- Captions or transcripts for essential video content
- Avoiding interaction that depends only on color, sound, or a mouse
- Testing with automated tools and manual review
Assessment and Forms
The Career & Skills Assessment should be usable without a mouse.
Form fields will include visible labels, clear instructions, accessible validation, and understandable progress indicators. Required fields will not be identified by color alone.
Users should be able to move backward and forward through the assessment without losing completed answers on the same device.
Third-Party Services
Some experiences may use third-party services such as scheduling, payment, video meetings, Taskologic, or VRA.
We do not fully control the accessibility of independent third-party platforms, but we consider accessibility when selecting providers and will help identify a reasonable alternative when a barrier prevents access.
Assistance and Alternative Formats
Contact us when:
- You encounter an accessibility barrier
- You need content in another reasonable format
- A form or control cannot be used with assistive technology
- A video requires captions or a transcript
- A third-party workflow prevents you from continuing

Accessibility Assistance
Please include the page, feature, or content involved and a brief description of the problem. Do not include sensitive medical information.
We will review the request and work toward a reasonable solution.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility.
TestAmplify will continue evaluating new pages, forms, learning resources, themes, and student workflows as the platform changes. Automated testing supports this work but does not replace manual accessibility review.
