4. AI-Assisted Assessment and Support
Testamplify may use artificial intelligence to organize assessment responses, identify possible skill gaps, summarize information, suggest discovery-call questions, and prepare a preliminary recommendation.
AI output is advisory. It does not make the final decision about:
- Program acceptance
- Personalized scope
- Pricing
- Payment arrangements
- Career suitability
- Employment eligibility
A human advisor reviews the information before approving a final recommendation or personalized plan.
We do not permit AI to intentionally infer sensitive personal characteristics or make decisions based on race, religion, disability, health, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Assessment answers, resumes, and private student submissions will not be used to train general-purpose public AI models.
